About Ordering

ONLINE ORDERS:

Orders must be placed by 11am for same-day pickup. Any orders placed after 11am will be assembled and ready for pickup the following day. The Co-op will call you to collect your payment information and let you know when your order is ready for pickup. Please save our phone number so you do not miss our call: 518-392-3353

Starting July 9th, all orders will be picked up at our side door, along Washington Ave. When you arrive to pick up your order, please call the Co-op at 518-392-3353 and let us know the name on your order and we will bring it outside.

If there is a product you'd like to purchase that is not on this web store, please write a detailed description in "Special instructions for seller" in your shopping cart.

We have the ability to securely store credit cards. If you would like to keep your card on file for future purchases please let us know when we call to confirm your order. If you are a member, please consider adding to your in-store declining balance account by check or credit so we can easily deduct any curbside order that you place.

We gladly accept EBT payment, please choose this option in the payment method at order check-out and we can arrange payment when you pick up your order.

IN-STORE SHOPPING:

Starting July 9th, In-store shopping hours are:

Mon-Sat 11am-6pm
Sunday 11am-4pm

Due to the small size of our store and staffing we feel it is best to separate our curbside assembling hours from in-store shopping hours. The first few hours of our day will be dedicated to assembling online orders placed before 11am for pickup the same day. We will then open our doors to in-store shopping starting at 11am each day.
